What are the age requirements?
The person making the reservation must be at least 25 years old, and every guest included in the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Eligibility is confirmed during the booking process.
Do I sign the Rental Agreement before the booking is finalized?
Yes. The current booking process includes the Rental Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, House Rules, required acknowledgments, and electronic signature before the request can move through final review and confirmation.
