How long does membership last?

Membership continues for twelve consecutive months from the membership start date unless terminated earlier in accordance with the membership agreement.

Do complimentary bookings roll over?

No. Complimentary bookings must be used during the active membership term and do not roll over into a subsequent membership year.

Are complimentary bookings guaranteed for any date?

No. All reservations remain subject to availability, booking procedures, and applicable Hidden Key booking requirements. The Original Sin is the room currently accepting reservations.

Can another person use my membership?

Membership and membership benefits are personal to the member and may not generally be transferred or shared without Hidden Key's prior written consent.

Does the 10% discount apply to every charge?

The discount applies to qualifying room booking charges. Separate taxes, deposits, cleaning charges, damage charges, merchandise, special services, penalties, and other non-rental charges may not qualify.

Do members receive a locker?

Yes. Both Sir and Master memberships include access to one member locker. Members are responsible for providing and maintaining their own lock.

Do members still complete the Rental Agreement and Waiver?

Yes. Membership benefits do not replace the required booking documents. Applicable member and complimentary reservations still require the current Rental Agreement, Assumption of Risk, Liability Waiver, House Rules, eligibility confirmation, and electronic signature before the reservation is finalized.

How do I use a complimentary booking?

Start through the Hidden Key booking page, identify your active membership, select The Original Sin and your stay details, and request the applicable member benefit. Complimentary bookings remain subject to availability, verification, the required signed booking documents, and final confirmation.

Do member reservations follow the same age requirements?

Yes. For a reservation, the person making the booking must be at least 25 years old and every guest included in the reservation must be at least 18 years old. Membership does not waive those booking requirements.

Does the member rate apply to add-ons?

The 10% member rate applies to qualifying room booking charges. Add-ons are separate unless a specific membership benefit expressly states otherwise.
